Five Element Fundamentals and Muscle Testing Basics for Energy Therapists

2 daysThis workshop contains K-Power®’s basic toolbox. These five foundation skills enable you to apply muscle-testing knowledge to your specialty area. In K-Power® we use muscles as indicators in much the same way that an electrician uses a multimeter. The accurate feedback the body gives through detecting muscular imbalances enables us to detect the source of energy imbalance in the body and whether they are, for example, structural, chemical, nutritional or emotional.
Learn about:
- The fundamental concepts of Five-Element theory, the ‘great-8’ muscles;
- the CV and GV energy reservoirs;
- five basic balancers – neuro emotional, neuro vascular, meridian tracing, nutrition and accumulation points;
- four fundamental techniques - ESR, origin and insertion, spindles, golgi; and
- circuit locating and how to shift blocked energy using a powerful goal-oriented balancing process.
Mastery of Emotional Stress Release

2 daysFrontal/occipital holding, as taught in Stress Release Made Easy, is a powerful kinesiology stress release technique and can sometimes be all you need to relieve clients’ mental and emotional stress. But sometimes you need to go beyond the fontal/occipital hold – this workshop will help you develop further understanding and skills by teaching you total of 20 emotional stress defusion techniques. This is a hands-on, interpersonal, experiential intensive workshop that will make a positive difference in the way you work with clients.
Learn to assist clients to:
- find new resources;
- see new possibilities;
- use their senses and intuition;
- state what they are feeling, want and are willing to do to achieve this;
- use imagery, symbolic encapsulation and picture frame, active listening and role play;
- defuse stress related to (but not limited to) challenges to their authority and terminating relationships and use the hypothesis of an older, wiser self.
Overcoming Co-Dependency

2 daysCo-dependency is sometimes called ‘relationship addiction’ because people with co-dependency tend to form or maintain relationships that are one-sided, emotionally destructive and/or abusive. It is both an emotional and a behavioral condition that affects an individual’s ability to have healthy, mutually satisfying relationships.
Those who have completed this workshop will be able to recognise the basic characteristics of co-dependency, work with definitions to bring awareness and teach clients the basics of mental and emotional self-care;
Learn to assist clients to:
- complete a co-dependency questionnaire and administer a co-dependency quiz;
- explore early childhood issues and their relationship to current destructive behavior patterns;
- get in touch with feelings that have been buried during childhood;
- use kinesiology techniques to defuse the past and the present, allowing them to experience their full range of feelings again; and
- reconstruct healthy personal and family dynamics.
